QUOTE(ad2000 @ Dec 7 2016, 10:23 AM) VIP5,10 and 20 will still enjoy the free calls once upgrade ..Its mentioned in TMnet's FAQ
But the question is... if I switch from vip20 to advance 50 before next year, do i keep that current vip voice plan or get the 600mins ones? This post has been edited by kennydy1990: Dec 7 2016, 10:58 AM |

I received email from TM but same setting show unticked in TM mailing list. Tried to tick but at the end still show unticked. Seems TM not accept amendment.

QUOTE(fruitie @ Dec 7 2016, 09:11 AM) Well, then follow up. Sometimes it is not MCMC issue, it could be from TM. Pressure MCMC to solve this. It needs two hands to clap. Their free call said follow promotion, and random customer will be seleted. Just now I called MCMC again said I not agree with the answer. |

Well, I thought you were asking for price reduction from RM 199 to RM 179 and give up on free calls. That's workable but well since you were asking to have free calls, then it totally depends on TM as this is not a standard promotion. |

QUOTE(apiezsneo @ Dec 7 2016, 11:53 AM) ic...already said i'm noob about tech Two things here. 3G/H+/LTE has nothing to do with your UniFi package. It is two separate things. That depends on your telco package e.g. Maxis, Digi, Celcom and also your phone's capability if it can achieve LTE or just H+. Once you connect to your home WiFi, your data package will be stopped until your WiFi is disconnected. So, they are not related at all.so if i'm using my 3g phone i will still get full speed if connect to wifi right? and 1 of my pc at home is an old pc running windows xp. i think the network port is 54Mbps only. can still receive full advance 30 speed? thanks in advance. Regarding your network card, I can see it is quite an old one. Suggest you buy a better network card or USB wireless adapter. Else, I don't think it can achieve full 30Mbps. QUOTE(jiaen0509 @ Dec 7 2016, 11:54 AM) It is removed again right after that? TM can always argue it is a mistake from their end. |
