Just finished live chat with CS....they told me can refund...but need to return full set together with all freebies...

Return defective phone with box due to safety concerns, not together with tidbits which makes no sense and makes it problematic except for financial reasons

I got issues with my DiGi Note7, and now called my wife, and somehow my wife made a confirmation, Id to return my faulty unit to the nearest DiGi centre, walk in, with complete EVERYTHING, including box and all FREEBIES and they will replace me completely NEW unit for everything...

Still remember CS rep from The Gardens that loaned me the S6 edge? He called for follow up today, he asked whether to collect my device from the service center itself at The Gardens or back to the shop that I've bought from (Sunway Pyramid), according to him, there's LIMITED stock on shop level (should be), and since Sunway Pyramid shop is really incompetent in handling my enquiries, I've decided to take the phone from him, but the only CAVEAT is I will receive the phone on the later note, approximately around 3-4 October. But I felt is still OK, since there's lot fiasco with the phone. So I will let you all to use the phone & feedback first. And I still have time, to re-consider whether to opted for refund / resell it at 3K (PM if interested), and hope some other flagships reached by then (hopefully i7) Hahaha, no choice I will use back Note 7
