Everyone i just got call from Samsung after my chat with Samsung live chat this morning. I ask them about 1 to 1 replacement in case of missing accessories.
The customer service person just confirmed SME received instruction from HQ, that all exchange should still be done irregardless of status accessories.
What important is the phone and box. Just need to bring phone and box for replacement.
This information will be sent out to all dealer and service center via internal memo in 2 days time.
