Eh? They agreed to refund you the money? I thought they only allowed for exchange only, according to some comments in here recently?
*
QUOTE(ijan @ Sep 21 2016, 11:31 AM)
You opted for refund? How much? Mine DiGI, went to Samsung, got a loaner instead until DiGi sort it out with SME

Then you still have a contract with yes?
*
i opt for refund. i'm a frequent traveler. really not convenient for taking this phone abroad. so many security checks and etc. SME allowed consumer to refund after so many complaints and considering Samsung from other countries also have the option to refund. in order for the refund. you need to surrender your whole set including the free gifts to the service center. get the reference number and call to SME hotline. they will record and pass the case to their refund department. within 24 hours the refund department personnel will contact me and follow up on how to refund back the $ to me lor.. after that was being told $ will be refund to me fastest is 2 weeks. maximum within 1 month sweat.gif btw, i don't have any contract with Yes

better than no option for refund la.. whistling.gif

I'm also a frequent traveler but to be honest the restricted usage of note 7 during flight doesn't really concern me. In fact most people will not use their phone for entire trip except for business man who able to affort flight wifi service. In reality no one will check what phone people is using before or during the flight. If only they ban carry on board flight then we shoild start concern about that.

Just flew with Cathay to HK on Monday, they only use text for the anmoucement.

different airline different procedure.. i took emirates. they check and need to put a tag on my bag indicate i'm carrying a note 7 and show them my phone is totally off. inside the flight eventhough economy, there are free wifi whistling.gif also have the charging dock for phone. also some european fleet they do provide inflight wifi as well as ban carrying note 7 on board. so imagine eventhough someone didn't use wifi on board, but they use it for other purposes such as listening to music or etc while charging onboard. than kaboom doh.gif some of the museum don't allowed carry note7 inside & need to put inside the locker.. whistling.gif

Wow ban in museum is something new  shakehead.gif . Which European airlines that ban carrying note 7 on board? So I won't fly with that airlines on upcoming trip.
*
hahaha who ask samsung at this time of period got problem. heat topic lagi. so coincidence bump up with my trip in Euro so more ko la shakehead.gif

saw notification from those smaller fleet. forget which airline already. i remembered i saw stating no n7 is allowed or bring along something like that. but i guess if someone have, they will just keep quiet. if they off it and didn't take out and nobody see it, i don't think is an issue. unless the phone suddenly auto kaboom. then i have nothing to say laugh.gif cause i encounter my phone auto reboot and hang on startup. hard reset and etc can't shut off the phone. have to let it auto drained. my bf was so scare that the phone will auto kaboom inside the bag. furthermore we have flight transit laugh.gif

Ahhhhhh~~~~My dream color! drool.gif

Btw, from the pics, it looks like more "silver" rather than 'blue". I guess it's the reflection caused by the light surrounding it? ohmy.gif
*
not really silver. surrounding light is warm white

QUOTE(jacky91 @ Sep 21 2016, 04:16 PM)
i think the base color concept like silver ba? cause the color too light...can be easily altered by light...therefore u see macam different color
*
in real life not as shining like silver and gold la. look nice ohh

QUOTE(TOMEI-R @ Sep 21 2016, 04:21 PM)

The colour of the real phone in your picture looks totally different from the one in the website. I think Im going to get the coral blue instead of the black for my 2nd Note 7 (hopefully at 50% off for preorder customers). drool.gif
*
so greedy ah you.. tongue.gif pictures in website always not accurate. when i saw the coral blue in the website i thought really blueish hence i dislike. but when i saw the real phone, the color blend well and nice. compare to my onyx black, i feel look plain haha

50% for the Preordered Customers who have to suffer powering down their phones leh. I cannot use my N7 leh. I paid a lot of money for it leh. Samsung should compensate me leh. My Rm2.9k bery big leh. laugh.gif  laugh.gif  laugh.gif

Black will look plain on any phone, but black is the in thing right now leh. Even Ipong 7 also came out with two blackies. nod.gif

No matter what, Im still going to get the coral blue. To make sure people knows its the N7.  tongue.gif
*
black look plain as like other phone. if you use blue coral, people will know you are using n7 unless you are using the full cover protective casing lo..

ipong oso come out a new black color ma.. kekeke.. waiting for the ipong rclxm9.gif

I will only use the G Case clear tpu cover which is now laying in my drawer. Sure can see the blue phone. Anyway, the front bezel is blue also. So no issues.

Iphone 7? I compared a friends 7+ with my 6S+ and it looks exactly the same. Only thing you can tell the difference is the dual cameras at the back. Not so tempting to change already. I have been using the same boring design since Iphone 6/6+. shakehead.gif
*
i guess only the plus behind differ.. non plus is the same. my current phone is not a plus. so at least a little difference haha. unless the blue coral arriving soon in msia market then might double think tongue.gif
