Can you please ask the FB representative to announce it on facebook or the main Samsung website?

Other vendors are getting the wrong idea and refuse to exchange if it's not full set.

Thanks for sharing, bro! Didn't know that they actually replied differently at different times. SME is really confusing the customers, perhaps they are trying to recover back the accessories as much as possible only.

The problem is SME. SME is just in a position to carry out the replacement process instructed by Samsung Korea. Instead SME is playing their own agenda. Requesting full box set return for replacement is not the instruction from the HQ.

We the owners may want to take advantage of this situation for accessories, but SME is just greedy too. They want to resell these accessories such as power adapter and s-pen.
