How can SME deny exchange just because of missing accessories?

We never asked for exchange, it is Samsung own fault in the first place putting our safety at risk and we ARE FORCED to do so. They are not in any position to demand for anything!

Can you please ask the FB representative to announce it on facebook or the main Samsung website?

Other vendors are getting the wrong idea and refuse to exchange if it's not full set.

How do you know people want to keep the accessories? How bout people who have lost it? Not everyone wants to cheat.

Simply denying exchange due to incomplete set is simply ridiculous. It's like our life is actually less important than that few RM like you said.

Anyone got contacted by Sen Heng after sending the email?

I'm abit skeptical about Sen Heng ability to handle the exchange program. Later go their branch at 29th their staff has no idea at all about the exchange.

Hi, for the Samsung Note7 exchange, you required to bring:
i) Galaxy Note7 device
ii) In-box accessories: Charger & Cable, Headset, SIM Eject Pin, QSG, USB Connector, USB Connector leaflet
iii) Galaxy Note7 device box

Please bring as complete as possible to make the replacement process more smooth. However, we will not charge you for any lost accessories except for phone, box and S pen

Like I said, as long as no black and white from Samsung, dealers have all the rights to reject your exchange without full box.

SME is handling this matter badly.

I read people talking bout testing the unit heavily during exchange.

My question is, will they exchange a new one for u on the spot since the availability is limited? Won't they ask u to go service centre instead?
