So many pages & ppl still debating return box or not etc etc.

SME announcement on replacement not detailed enough?

Or the ppl trying to take things into his/her advantage by saying lost the cable etc?

Malaysian memang boleh la bang

Mine is straightforward: I bring the phone, the original box of the phone, with whatever should be inside. They will give me a brand new phone in a new box with whatever inside. End of story.

After all I already got an extra charger that free to me during the pre order.

Exactly!

think samsung will not refuse exchange even if without complete box+accessories.
it's a safety issue after all.
of course cannot officially say that otherwise everyone take advantage.

just return the phone only will be good enough.

You sir! Are a perfect example on causing long long queue

I just email to Samsung Store (place I collected my N7) two weeks ago along with Samsung statement on the replacement process etc.

They reply to me and it will available for me to collect on 29th onwards so I I mentioned to them I'm coming down on 30th.

Case close.

Please comment kn the device please such as battery life? boot loop if any? heat normal or abnormal? etc etc.

Personally, I prefer matte smile.gif cause it is so smooth and not attracting fingerprints

They got 2 outlets, Sunway Pyramid and Pavillion.

Was using clear at first...then got upgraded to matte for free tongue.gif cause i introduced about 2 or 3 friends there

paid 144 for matte only heheheheh  brows.gif  brows.gif
I kept all my accessories biggrin.gif

Would prefer the result from the investigation rather than keep sharing repetitively on the news
