we can buy other usb-c cable/adapter to charge the phone but the usb-c converter samsung provide is exclusive (white & gorgeous). unless they can accept any adapter which available frm lelong, etc.

you also know how to say few ringgit stuffs bro. what if those who really lost some of the accessories? reject replacement just because SME prioritize "few ringgit stuff" over the safety of users?

How do you know people want to keep the accessories? How bout people who have lost it? Not everyone wants to cheat.

Simply denying exchange due to incomplete set is simply ridiculous. It's like our life is actually less important than that few RM like you said.

I believe SME is just playing the mind game to prevent the inevitable missing accessories claims. SME can't legally reject phone replacement because of missing accessories.

The phone recall is global. It's not individual phone recall in Malaysia. SME is too stupid to do things the malaysian way.

Urge everyone to register complaint to Samsung to bitch slap wake the f up SME.

Those who with missing accessories should just pay for the accessories or Samsung can get it back from the new box during the exchange.

Perhaps "Note 6"? maybe N6 become ghost that's why N7 is haunted by this explosion issue

According to Korea daily newspaper (朝鮮日報), they claimed that those 2 explosion cases in China are fake. Those 2 "victims" were trying to blackmail Samsung, by making the phones exploded intentionally. The newspaper also said Samsung will sue those 2 China users very soon.


Many netizens have different opinions regarding this case. But mostly believe that none of both sides could be trusted. Some people said the China users might be lying about the incident and they are trying to take advantages from that. At the same time, some people also doubt about Korea daily News' credibility since they had bad records in the past (reporting fake news, etc). A few netizens also pointed out that it wouldn't be fair to let Samsung to investigate the case by their own internal parties. They should let third party to do the investigation to verify the root cause.

　　中国也发生了三星盖乐世Note7爆炸事件，但19日的消息显示，这是一起为了得到赔偿金的炒作。中国市场的盖乐世Note7安装的是中国公司ATL的电池。19日开始供应到全世界的盖乐世Note7都换上了ATL电池。

　　18日首次出现了中国市场盖乐世Note7爆炸的消息，百度上出现了好像被烧坏的盖乐世Note7照片。上传者称在使用盖乐世Note7时突然黑屏随后爆炸。当天三星中国客服也接到一起称盖乐世Note7爆炸的投诉。

　　三星回收了两款手机，和ATL着手进行了共同调查，19日宣布：“通过X光和CT对产品进行分析的结果显示，发现了在电池外部故意加热的痕迹。”两家公司为了调查准确的原因，将Note7放进微波炉、热风机、电磁炉、烤箱等进行了再现试验。结果显示，两部手机放在电磁炉上，用200度加热2-3分钟，产品的损坏样子和照片最相似。

　　之前的不良产品只有电池燃烧，但中国出现的爆炸产品不仅是电池，内部电路、相机等其他零件都发生了燃烧。电池内部反而没有太大损伤，很干净。声称爆炸的两名消费者中一人本月2日在微信和百度上传了“刚才拿到了珊瑚蓝的炸弹，希望真的爆炸，威胁三星要钱”的内容，成为证明炒作的有力证据。

　　三星电子宣布，正在讨论对主张虚伪爆炸的2名中国消费者进行刑事起诉等法律应对。

The more I read all these news the more it lead me to think that the battery technology that is use in N7 had problem.

It looks like the space for the battery is almost the same but N7 had 3500mah instead of 3000 of N5.

For the accessories, I willl give them as in new one as not using
But for the fast charging adapter I will take it and give them an used old fast charge adapter from my note 4
