Finally have the time to update here. All rectified n solved edy. It was hlb issue, as those ppl who did d transactions during 12+ pm seem to be encountering this failed placement.

Hi Eelyn Soon, we just receive a feedback from the department in charge mentioning that upon investigation, we discovered between 12:25 pm till 12:55 pm, we encountered connection issue and causing some eFD placement to failed.

We are in the progress of recovering the transactions. Kindly check again the eFD in the late evening. Thank you.

HL eFD is from 6am to 12 noon. I was told by HL bank that the 4.15% promo ended on yesterday 13 Dec. Just checked HL bank website. Promo ended.

min RM 100k: 3.82%
9 months min RM 1 million: 4%

btw , Ambank have new promo (changes weekly), can get up to 4.33% (min 100K) for 5 years placement . Check with your respective branches . Product is called EMPOWERMENT RATE (pure FD)

uplift fd from ocbc today and earned xtra 3 days accrued interest due to monday and tuesday is holiday for selangor and made placement with rhb @ 4.10% for 6mths

RHB promo is over the counter promo rite?  Valid till when ya?  Thanks.

I place mine thru my rm as she told me need to get approval but others reported they able to place over the counter and some weren't able to.

It did mention "up to" 4.1% for 6mths and that's why it's not 100% confirm you will get 4.1%.

I suggest you to ring your branch manager before you drop by if you decided to place with rhb for this promo.

Promo is valid until  31/1/17 or upon reach quota
