I have jus placed it online but it wasnt reflected in my account and was stated accepted for processing however about 15-20 mins later it says failed but my money was already deducted. Been calling hlb cust svc waited for like 30 mins nobody picked up.. What do i do ya?

I'm not an expert in this area, not sure if I can help. What I would do is to call hlb, your fund source bank and fpx, furnishing all the details, especially reference numbers.

Always keep ref no/receipt for all important transactions.

which bank you fpx from? non-participating banks are slower to clear

Hlb efd.. does it have any limit for fpx transaction per day? I understand that we cannot more than 30k/transaction. But is there any limit for number of transactions? For example.. can I place 4X 10k today?

HL did not have limit for the eFD placement. It is the other banks that u use for the FPX xfer. Try Maybank, u can probably use unlimited xfer as some of us has experienced. Unless they set a cap recently.

I use Fpx transfer from maybank ... Direct can see the amount at HLB... fast enough ..totally no have to wait

when did you place ur FD? it means you will only get 4.15% on Tuesday, others day (Wednesday to Monday) only 4%

Yeah.. in fact I got problem with my 4th placement, as I was alerted on failed transaction. I called the cs immediately and after a few calls dingdong and update.. abt how they insisting it's 30klimit/day...and how mine exceeded the limit..
Cut story shot, there are some glitches today.. IT corrected it later in the evening, and I managed to place all for 4.15%. hahaha

Finally have the time to update here. All rectified n solved edy. It was hlb issue, as those ppl who did d transactions during 12+ pm seem to be encountering this failed placement.

Hi Eelyn Soon, we just receive a feedback from the department in charge mentioning that upon investigation, we discovered between 12:25 pm till 12:55 pm, we encountered connection issue and causing some eFD placement to failed.

We are in the progress of recovering the transactions. Kindly check again the eFD in the late evening. Thank you.
