I'm their ex-dealer(Part time) a few years back but give up their dealership due to "Unfulfilled promises" by onexox.

Now am earning 5% User Get User(UGU) by introduce new users to onexox dealers.

Although i'm no longer their dealer but still hanging out with their dealers and sometimes post feedback/informations that may help.

I dont received any SMS about 120 day topup. Also I am on Data FAT500 auto renewals, means I am immuned from this topup requirements?

Maybe you can take your phone to phone shop and ask them to help.

These RM30 top up every 120 days should be targeted to new prepaid users.

Existing users register onexox prepaid mainly because of their dealers promote "The longest prepaid validity and no need to top up till expiry date" but now feeling cheated by onexox when onexox change their T & C to top up RM30 every 120 days.

If you didn't have accumulate RM30 top up in the past 120 days and you didn't purchase the RM25 @ 365 days validity,

your prepaid should received the sms even though you have auto renewal data plan.

"Clause 74 shall not apply to Subscriber(s) whose mobile telephone number(s) are on any active validity package offered by XOX and PURCHASE by the Subscriber."

After prepaid users top up RM30 every 120 days memo,

onexox dealers received new memo about new KPI which force dealers to make at least 40 new users registration/activation a year

from previous KPI : 24 new users registration/activations a year or sell xox top up of RM6000 a year.

Part time dealers laments that their dealership will sure terminated next year over this new Key Performance Index(KPI)

Does it seems like "DESPERATE" as to change all these suddenly ?

The excuses provided is to boost dealer's income.......

Anyone got RCS working with OneXOX?

before this always verifying status but a few weeks after activated 5G. the status changed to connected. btw my phone is POCO F3

just share my experience with xox
I got one card, already activated, but only use on back up phone
after use for few days, data, call cannot use
call xox, able to make call and received call
but data cannot use at all
call again before raya eve, still cannot
call again on 2nd day of raya, luckily got one experiece CS help me
then all data, Volte can use now.

After onexox change their prepaid T & C (Top up every 120 days) starting from 1st.April,2024 many of their prepaid users already port-out.

New users won't buy this prepaid after they were told about need to top up every 120 days even though they gets 28 + 8 months validity.

And now out there onexox dealers are promoting the UNL35 prepaid plan which you need to top up RM35 every 30 days to use data which is 100 + 100GB(FUP for

RAYA promo) at the speed of 3mbps.
