Need help

I just activate the sim but I can't access internet using mobile data. Already change apn to xox

Does i need to anything else? My sim activate with welcome deal 5gb season pass

Please help

Now use the simcard to call again (still in airplaine mode with wifi connected), if the call get connected, vowifi is working..

For redmi phone to disable vowifi check:  *#*#869434#*#* ,  repeat to enable

For redmi phone to disable volte check:  *#*#86583#*#*, repeat to enable

Basically tested redmi 8  for the vowifi for Digi, celcom, umobile, hotlink, all working for vowifi, with the above method, so the device dependance is not really main factor. But only umobile will get the icon vowifi automatically, the rest telco digi celcom hotlink no vowifi icon appear  but the above method managed to get vowifi working for digi, umobile, hotlink, celcom...

All data in season pass is 5g right? No speed cap? Did speed test but only 7-8mbs even 5G is full bar

already enable on my poco f3 but when looking on my call history, there is no hd symbol next to number which indicates the call made via volte

when i call using unifi mobile number, 2nd sims, there was hd icon in call history. same when using digi, only xox dont have the hd icon

only realize when i notices, people comments the call is not clear when im using xox to make the call to them

Update

Call cs and turn out my number is not volte activated yet even the volte show up on top bar of phone.

That's why there is not hd icon besides phone number in my call history.

Thanks. Just finished the call. The cs already made the report to activate volte for my number and said need to wait within 24 hours, the cs will call back for confirmation.

Yeah.. my xox now can do vowifi after my poco f3 has update today.. try test call, both hd and wifi symbol show up besides the phone number
