actually I did consult a fellow user, but the auto renewal part was left out.
But the point I am trying to put forward is, XOX should work on making it's system fool proof as it will be their loss as well when a potential customer runs away because THEY make a mistake understanding the XOX's system which is very very complicated (the app is not user friendly and user safe)

So you both have a clear understanding of the system. But as a new user, I find that there is so much(too much actually for the average user) to learn just to operate a phone line !!!
Let me put the mistakes here in full black and white, as to why, XOX is to be blamed.
1) When the sims were delivered, there are instructions there. "To ACTIVATE your line, please make a call..... blah blah blah..." What does this tell you, the line needs to be activated. BUT, it is already activated!!!
2) there is no indication or warning that auto renewal is by default ON.
Come on guys, it's all in black and white, and you still blame the customer?
I consider myself quite fussy already in these things( I read FAQs, Guidelines and manuals) before I proceed. But still I fell prey to this.
Just imagine aunty and uncles who just want a line to use.
OneXOX should improve on this, if they are serious in taking care of their customers.
Most people will say, OneXOX cheats them, but I know it is my mistake in believing in the instructions(although incomplete!!
It was a waste of money.
