Hi,you may call onexox c.s. at 12273 for inquiry.

As now the T & C for prepaid is to top up RM30 every 120 days even though you gets the 28+8 months validity,you might need to reconsider.......

No,credit sharing does not considered as top up but you can use the credits to purchase 365 days validity at RM25 which will excluded from 120 days top up.

As for now,new prepaid users who purchase welcome deal still get rhe 28+8 months validity but still need to top up RM30 upon reaching 120 days.

The data FAT500 & FAT1 activate from season pass will renewed automatically.

Activation of data FAT500 & FAT1 are extended to 31/05/2024

According to onexox dealers,the memo they received dated 01/04/2024 stated that 4 of 7 welcome deals packages and data plan : FAT500 and FAT1 are available till

31/05/2024 but didn't mention of removing the 28+8 months validity.

Hi, if you received the sms that is to notify you that your prepaid didn't have any or accumulate top up of RM30 for the past 120 days.

There's no information for the top up period before termination takes effect but it's advised to top up ASAP you received the sms.

u all be careful, once ur number is terminated, it will be very difficult even if u go to mcmc

New information from onexox dealers, Onexox will launched a new monthly Black plan on 9th.April,2024

The new plan will only available to new registrations and port-ins and this new plan will be priced at RM50 + 6% sst.

No further information provided at this moment.

Can we move phone number from One XOX prepaid to XOX Family supplement line? I already have a XOX Family main line.

This 120 days top up is hard to keep track.

Hi,feedback from onexox dealers.......onexox prepaid can change to family plan principal line only.

Onexox prepaids are not allowed to change to family plan supplementary line at this moment.

If prepaids want to change to family plan supplementary line.......port-out and then port-in to family plan supplementary line.

Hi,go to sim card setting and on the VoLTE.

This VoLTE setting is from Redmi Note 11 pro 5g,not sure where to find the setting for your Realme 11x 5G.
