Hi,you can extends your validity at anytime :

1) Before expiry date, the 1 year validity will extends from your prepaid expiry date.

2) After expiry date, your prepaid need to be active before you can purchase 1 year validity thus your validity start from the date you top up(1 days validity for every

RM1 top up) + 1 years validity.

You can purchase more than 1 year validity which is RM25 for every 1 year validity extended,no need to wait till your prepaid expired.

Disekat here means BARRED or BLOCKED?

Blocked here means ditamat/disekat/xxxx?

may i ask if i have purchased the 1 year validity@rm25 (valid until May 2026) before this latest t&c update, do i still need to top up rm30 every 4 months or top up and purchase another 6 months or 1 year validity even though i am still within the current validity period?

i am getting different answer from facebook cs, stating i still need to top up rm30 every 4 months or use that top up to purchase another 6 months or 1 year validity, quite confusing

Hi,it seems that you need to purchase through dealers or you can purchase prepaid/simpack online and then change to B10 later after you have activate the

simpack through xox black app.

Now onexox/xox prepaid are no more "The Longest prepaid validity in Malaysia" due to the new prepaid T & C which need to top up RM30 every 120 days.

So now you can consider to change to others telco which need to top up RM5 every 50 to 75 days (Differences between telcos) after prepaid line are BARRED to

avoid termination.
