Clause 74. c. The Subscriber has not utilised any SMS for a continuous period of 365 days; or
d. The Subscriber has not made a top up of at least RM0.10 for a continuous period of 365 days.
Yes,the new T & C for onexox prepaid need to use either call,sms,data or top up within 365 days from the last usage to avoid being terminated.
can clarify if plan expired in 3 years and still got season pass 20 gb 200 min 200 sms how ?
1. if use redeem free data fat 5 during promo top up min 15 got count as utilized data or must subscribe season pass data ?
2. if subscribe any season pass data week or month once only within 365 days make one call , make one sms out , top up rm 10 within 365 days start lst jan each year got count as utilized and the remaining unused data ,call , sms will be carried forward next year
3. subscribe season pass 2 gb deduct credit or from season pass ? why the 500 mb and 1 gb stated deduct from seaon pass but for 2gb it stated deduct credit rm 5 ?
