if the xox not the wawa plan, season pass data plan after click the recurring to stop auto renew still can click the immediate to terminate date plan if the data has use finished? then to subscribe new data plan again from the season pass?

Yes,the new T & C for onexox prepaid need to use either call,sms,data or top up within 365 days from the last usage to avoid being terminated.


can clarify if plan expired in 3 years and still got season pass 20 gb 200 min 200 sms how ?

1. if use redeem free data fat 5 during promo top up min 15 got count as utilized data or must subscribe season pass data ?

2. if subscribe any season pass data week or month once only within 365 days make one call , make one sms out , top up rm 10 within 365 days start lst jan each year got count as utilized and the remaining unused data ,call , sms will be carried forward next year

3. subscribe season pass 2 gb deduct credit or from season pass ? why the 500 mb and 1 gb stated deduct from seaon pass but for 2gb it stated deduct credit rm 5 ?

if subscribe the season pass either weekly or monthly then din't use even a single mb or kb got count as utilized data ?

Answer for Q1 : If you have free data FAT5 which means that you have made some top up to purchase the happy hour promo,the top up is counted as usage.

Answer for Q2 : Subsriptions of data also counted as usage.

Answer for Q3 : As long as you have enough data in your season pass,it'll will deduct from your season pass.

Please take note that 365 days are counted from the last usage.

Hoping for onexox to make changes to this T & C.

It stated that any one(1) of these 4 requirement is fulfilled.

Question 2  : You can screenshot it for future reference cause the itemised bill is no more available thus you can't check the last usage.

one is old number one is new number register last year . what should do ? need top rm 30 both ? or the new only ?

if number expired on August but the new terms start on April what should do ? April = 30 days May = 30 days June= 30 days July = 30 days already exceed 120 days should extend 1 year validity before August or on August ? and one more thing after extend 1 year validity when need to extend again ? , on the extended day ? thanks

why the season pass happy hour promotion are becoming less and no more incoming sms about the season pass happy hour promotion ?

and when the season pass happy hour promotion available ?
