Received this sms just now. My expiry date is June this year. I didn't know there's a requirement to top up in < 120 days. Does this mean they'll suspend my line if I don't top up?

Since when they introduced this crap. Minimum top-up RM30 every 120 days. What's the point of paying for validity then?

Anybody explain what Subscriber's status mean:

74. Notwithstanding the Subscriber's status under the ONEXOX Prepaid Plan, XOX reserves the right, at all times, to terminate the Subscriber's subscription to the Plan(s) and its services if the Subscriber has not made a cumulative top up of at least RM30.00 for a continuous period of one hundred and twenty (120) days. Where plan and its Services is Terminated, XOX may revoke the Subscriber's mobile telephone number(s) with immediate effect and without further notice after a final reminder has been given to the Subscriber.

75. Clause 74 shall not apply to Subscriber(s) whose mobile telephone number(s) are on any active validity package offered by XOX and purchased by the Subscriber. For the avoidance of doubt, Clause 74 shall take effect on the expiry date of the Subscriber(s) respective validity package.

If users prepaid still valid and will expired in the next few months and if the facts about prepaid users need to top up RM30 every 120 days to avoid line being

terminated is true.........many users are sure to port out and no new users will sign up upon knowing this facts.

Even their dealers didn't aware about this and are puzzle about this new T & C.

Now waiting for feedback from onexox dealers.

The T & C for prepaid change on JANUARY 2024

Clause 74. Notwithstanding the Subscriber’s status under the ONEXOX Prepaid Plan, XOX reserves the right at all times to terminate the Subscriber’s subscription to the Plan(s) and withdraw the Subscriber’s mobile telephone number(s) with immediate effect and without prior notice, provided that any one (1) of the following requirements is fulfilled:

a. The Subscriber has not utilised any voice minutes for a continuous period of 365 days;

b. The Subscriber has not utilised any Data for a continuous period of 365 days;

c. The Subscriber has not utilised any SMS for a continuous period of 365 days; or

d. The Subscriber has not made a top up of at least RM0.10 for a continuous period of 365 days.

It last for only 2 months and now Onexox change again their T & C for their prepaid. doh.gif

I have been away for far too long from this thread ...

Upon learning of the new 14/3/2024 TnC .... the 1st thing that comes to mind is whether onexox is in financial difficulties and wanting their subscribers to give them more money ... this new clause 74 looks like a way to scam legitimately ...None of the big 3 telco does it this way ....

It is dumb irony that onexox wants to give loooong validity but must still meet topup requirement every 120 days ....

Why? ARPU? then they should have thought about all this before .... Is there a new hotshot in marketing who wants to prove himself to the boss ?

New clause 75 is vague at present. No way to check package status.

if this clause 74 remains then it is finally time to abandon ship ...

Meow also MNP-o when they introduced that "120 days policy"...

Now onexox dealers have confirmed that prepaid number which didn't top up RM30 for 120 days will be terminated even though they still have long validity.

Dealers received complains from prepaid users whom their prepaid have been terminated even though prepaid expired in 16 months or even longer.

I put in SIM slot but always turn off icon_idea.gif
now celcom digi merged, maybe time for port out onexox (same celcomdigi network) to hotlink (another backup network for security) but sadly website show no option for port in pantas plan cry.gif

currently I'm burning 500MB/30days to test, hopefully can recalculate 120days after internet end. I think that was clause 75 meaning? cool2.gif
soon, after wasting all data season pass then can port out tongue.gif

me subscribe 500MB/30days and then DATA AR OFF, and repeating after 120days SMS warning arrived again, since I still got a little data season pass brows.gif

I called the OneXOX care line and they told me it doesn't apply if you have purchased a validity package. It only applies once the validity expires.
