Yes... Need to activate data from the Season Pass
Just send any of these code (depends on how much you want to activate) to 22111 @ 23388
It will deduct the data from you Season Pass allocation.

Thats look like double pay. I already pay for data SP 10GB than need to pay again monthly to activate/use it?

no need to pay in u already have data inside Season Pass(SP} balance. once you activate ie 500mb, it will deduct from 10gb from ur SP balance.

and if u not finish that 500mb within a month , it will burn the leftover and nothing will be carried over to following month. however, 9.5gb balance from SP will be safe and will be carry over to following months. Just think SP as bank and 500mb as ur withdrawl

SP is good to avoid waste of data. u just use it only when u need them. even i have around 100gb in SP and my monthly recurring data is 500mb. if i need extra data, i just subs addon data which also deduct from my SP balance.

data price in xox really cheap with almost everyday happy hours deals on data/minutes/sms combo. even cheaper frpm shopee

Hi,your data voucher @ 5GB x 2 = 10GB will be in the "Rewards"

You need to login xox black app and redeem your voucher which will be valid for 45 days from date of purchased.

If you redeemed any of the 5GB voucher when you have active data plan,the 5GB will expired according to your active data plan.

If you redeemed any of the 5GB voucher without any active data plan then your 5GB data will be valid for 30 days from the date you redeemed the voucher with data plan auto renewal upon reaching 30 days.

I’m looking for a SIM card for my car gps. The Xox has 36 month validity. Is there a way to extend it to another 36 months or 24 months after the 36 month expire?

You can buy validity. 6 months - RM18, 12 months - RM25

No need to wait till end 36 months. U can buy 6 months or 1 year validity extension. Price if not mistaken is rm 18 and rm 25 respectively. They can be stacked. Mine exp till 2028

Why is it when I insert my old OneXOX SIM from my old 4g phone into my new 5g phone,, the SMS instructions to configure the settings on my new phone failed ? The APN shows Celcom3g.

Your SP data won't expire (unless it's a welcome deal which is activated instantly which last a month) . Other HH SP purchased won't expire. When you want to use , then only you activate a portion of the data. This portion will last a month.

Currently you can activate as small as 500mb.(1/2 GB) per month.. If you finish earlier you can activate another portion which will last a month also.

You can activate SP data from the XOX black app.

Hi,the latest apn is XOX 4G & Celcom 4G but you need to manual set the apn settings.

You mean either XOX4G or Celcom4G is it ? Earlier I already keyed in the XOX4G.

Now only the volte not working although I already enabled it in settings.

my phone also revert to celcom3g after restarting but weird both XOX4G and Celcom4G are not working for me. After googling, the only one is working is XOX

My phone use Celcom 4G apn for my xox black plan.

Sometimes my phone also revert back to 3G apn after restart or update and I will manual set to Celcom 4G apn for my redmi poco X4 pro 5G phone.
