Hi,according to onexox T & C ........logically users who purchase Validity no need to top up every 120 days as stated in clause 75.

Please call onexox c.s. at 12273 to confirmed this.

74. Notwithstanding the Subscriber's status under the ONEXOX Prepaid Plan, XOX reserves the right, at all times, to terminate the Subscriber's subscription to the Plan(s) and its services if the Subscriber has not made a cumulative top up of at least RM30.00 for a continuous period of one hundred and twenty (120) days. Where plan and its Services is Terminated, XOX may revoke the Subscriber's mobile telephone number(s) with immediate effect and without further notice after a final reminder has been given to the Subscriber.

75. Clause 74 shall not apply to Subscriber(s) whose mobile telephone number(s) are on any active validity package offered by XOX and purchased by the Subscriber. For the avoidance of doubt, Clause 74 shall take effect on the expiry date of the Subscriber(s) respective validity package.

I just came back home after for than a month and checked my mom’s phone. She received the SMS.

She’s on long validity until 2026 after ported her no. in and she’s always on data deducted from her season pass. Will her no. be terminated? I don’t even know if the CS can be trusted because I doubt their knowledge. Anyone care to shed some lights?

I called CS, and she said I can purchase a validity of RM 25 for a year, and it will be extended to 2027, plus the number won't be terminated...
Actually, I don't need such a long validity but better than paying RM 30 every 120 days. Also, what a company to milk more money from the users. No longer the longest validity with cheapest price.

OK, I will drop an email when I'm free.
Anyway, they said they will drop 3 SMS before making the line barred (not terminated), and I think will be terminated only 30 days later.

HI, even though your prepaid have 28 months validity,if you received the sms as attachment below means you need to top up RM30 to prevent your prepaid being terminated.

Key in ussd code *150*1# to check your prepaid balance/validity.

Xox/onexox black plan B10 @ RM10 + 6% sst = RM10.60 per month,you get 3GB data + 20 minutes voice call(Unused carried forward)

Hi,if you extends validity by purchase 365 days @ RM25,no need to top up RM30 every 120 days.

If you purchase 365 days validity before 28 March 2024 (Without any top up) expiry date : 28 march 2025.

If you top up and purchase 365 days then every RM1 top up extends 1 day validity plus the 365 days.
