Which is actually the official website for OneXOX? I've been referring to the XOX one coz it looks official, and the information are laid out neatly for easier reading. The OneXOX one looks a little ... unofficial...?
If what I've read from the XOX website applies here, then I'd say there's a minimum block deduction rather than the real number of seconds used. And yup, it should be deducted from the Season Pass if there's one.
I've learned something after going through the various telco websites - don't absorb every word I read because the terms used can get complicating.

Does using XOX app consumes our data allowance?

I just realized just now when I 100% fully utilised my allowance, I cannot use MyXOX app to view my subscription / subscribe to new plan.

I ended up subscribing to new plan through *150#.

could onexox transfer credit money inside onexox to other onexox prepaid user? if yes, if the other onexox is inactive, will transfer money to this account activate the simcard? tq

U Mobile own network is pathetic.
Itself relied on domestic roaming.
XOX will be suicidal to go with U Mobile.

How many MVNO is still on Maxis network?
If I remember correctly, impetus for OneXOX was when Maxis force terminate MVNO:Salamfone and its former vendor approached MVNO:XOX to rescue stranded ex-Salamfone subscribers off from Maxis network. I don't think they want to jilat back Maxis.

Why is XOX so bloody confusing and non user friendly

I switched to XOX to keep my number when I went overseas for a year, now that I am back I just stick to XOX for the sake of convenience
Since their plans are just confusing I randomly bought the UNL35 plan, now only I realised it doesnt include calls
Tried searching all over the app for any addon for calls but cant find anything, ended up just reloading and call, but finished up RM20 in my account in just 2 days

Anyone knows if I can add on calls to my current plan? Or I might just go back to previous telco

              I want to port out from XOX prepaid to other telco and later port in  back to XOX onefamily as supplementary line. Which telco best to do so and how fast I can port back to XOX? Thank you for any advice.

quick check. anyone pay xox postpaid bill with shopee before? my payment to xox postpaid thru shopee keep refunded.
The reason using shopee to pay is to clear some of shopee coins.

Damn. Time to port out then. I’m not sure if that RM 45 is still making sense.

Latest update from onexox/xox dealers : -

To old Onexox/xox prepaid plan users who registered before 01/01/2025.

6 months(RM18) and 1 year(RM25) validity for old prepaid plan will no more be available starting from 01/06/2025.

After these old prepaid plan expired,only normal validity through top up : - every RM1 for 1 day validity.
