I went to "Port-in Sim Card Verification", submit, it said "Success" and I received the sms.

Now I am hesitating because I am puzzle on the RM 28 x 1 year validity and I still need to top up every 120 days.

Assuming you chose the normal Prepaid plan (not WAWA or any Black Plan), when you buy any Welcome Deal package, you'll get 28 months validity BUT you need to topup RM30 every 120 days.
If you buy RM25 (12 months) validity, you don't need to.

Hmmm .....

Just keep it simple ....

First, get the 36 months welcome deal validity and ONLY after that you buy 1 year validity for rm25 ... after receiving the 1 year validity package message, send sms BAL to 22111 to get balance status ... Take screenshot of both the validity package sms and new balance status as proof ...

Now you won't have to topup anymore until the end of new validity date in the balance status message (which should give you a total of 4 years) ...

76. Subscribers’ 36 months (28 months + 8 months) validity from the Welcome Deal Packages shall not be deemed and/or considered as a Validity Package in any form whatsoever. Under the Welcome Deal Packages, Subscribers must perform a cumulative top up of at least RM30.00 for a continuous period of one hundred and twenty (120) days, failing which, will result in the Subscribers’ Plan and Services termination and number being revoked.

There is no clear definition on 1 year validity vs Welcome Deal if customer bought 1 after another.
But this clause clearly state the 36 month's validity need to top up minimum RM30 every 120 days.
I am not sure if I bought the 1 year validity, it will supercede this clause because there is no statement on that.

hmmm. After I put in the sms TAC number, result come back "Can't find subscription by given msisdn!".

I check the Pot-In Status and also Re-submission. Both return "MNP:No Record found Or Waiting For MNP Process".

What can I do next ?

why the season pass happy hour promotion are becoming less and no more incoming sms about the season pass happy hour promotion ?

Check again tomorrow (normally between 12-24 hours if there's any error (or current like disappear... then can change simcard)

My port out failed because I forgot to put the phone number after the Yes.

Then I received an email asking to re-submit.

Anyway, In the email got this line.

Then this happened.

I wonder if this company is run by only a few people in a shop lot somewhere.

In fact when you : -

1) Port-in online,you need to wait for the simcard and then verify the port-in simcard and no one to follow up your case further.

2) Port-in through a dealer,you get simcard on the spot with all the procedure done by the dealer and they will follow up your case if needed.

Hi. I just did a port in from Hotlink pantas to xox esim online. Gotten the iccd but show not valid when activating in the black app. Is it because need to wait port out first? Thanks.

Ok, manage to port over successfully today.
But weird thing is not showing any data signal. No 4g or 5g. And it shows Digi. is it correct?
APN settings is XOX, am i right?
If any help, my plan shows as ONE X.

Hi want to ask. I haven't subscribed to any data plans from season pass for few months because I have been using Unifi mobile 5G data (second line) .

Is it true that new terms now we have to top up at least rm30/- every 4 months to stay active ? I don't want to top up because I have enough season pass data accumulated and don't need to purchase any more.

Hmmm .....

True, must topup min. rm30 every 4 months (TnC #74) .... or you can override that by buying 1 year validity (TnC #75) ...

If you stiii have a long validity, just buy 1 year validity now ... after getting the purchase validity sms, send BAL to 22111 to get balance status ... then screenshot both the purchase validity and the new validity date together as proof ... you will then no longer need to topup until end of new validity date ...

I'm currently at 118 days after the previous topup of RM30 in April.

So far till todate no sms on next topup has been received!

Do I topup in next 2 days?
