Do you see "4G" or "4G+" indicator at the top corner of your phone, but unable to browse the Internet (any websites) even though you have an active data plan?

Check if your APN setting is configured. If not, try create these 2 APN settings manually as follows:

Name: XOX
APN: XOX
Leave the rest of the fields blank.

Save it, and then Add another one:

Name: XOX4G
APN: XOX4G
Leave the rest of the fields blank.
Then, select one of the APN you created above.
Then, turn on airplane mode, then turn it off.
Now, check if you're able to surf the Internet.

Yes I switch between these 2 if no connection (even with 4G icon at top bar). Works everytime. But I think these last 2 days, things have improved.

Seems like big problem with the 5G tower in my area. 5G is damn laggy whereas 4G does not lag when playing games.

I activated 5g 2 months ago. Did all the necc settings ie tried both 'xox' and 'internet' for apn, set to 5g network... Called cs twice, and they said they will reset something at their end, and requested that I reboot my phone and try again.

But im still unable to get 5g in kl melaka and Johor. Anyone having the same issue?
