Update; I have port-out my Hotlink Postpaid to OneXOX Prepaid on 22 July. Got 30 days validity and RM5.15 credit inside. Want to see how OneXOX reception in my area first... if ok, later I upgrade to B10. Will report back next month.

Also, finally managed to register the Black app... But dunno why I cannot link my account, so far can't find any method to upgrade Prepaid to Black plan in my app. Maybe got cool-off period? later will try again.

Hi, my xox prepaid active until 29/8/24, if i buy 12 months validity today, when does the 1st day of the 12 months validity begin? Today or 30/8/24?

Hi,the 12 months validity extended from the expiry date of your prepaid.

If you top up RM25 and then purchase 1 year validity,you'll get 365 + 25 = 390 days validity extended from 29/08/2024.

if I port in to xox and don't bother about the validity of 28months and immediately purchase the RM25 1 year validity, then i don't neeb to topup RM30 every 120 days, am I right?

Or can I just port in and buy the eSIM directly ?

I bought onexox for three years plan. However they start sending me the message if I dont reload at least RM30 they will block my number.

My question is, does it mean I cannot call out or will they delete my number and recycle it for other people? Thank you and have a nice day.

After the 3rd sms reminder, onexox will block 30 days + bar 30 days then terminate the number ... If you want to keep number without topup then buy 1 year validity now, screenshot the sms purchase msg and no need to topup until the end of the new validity date ...

In the new TnC, the 36 months welcome vailidty means nothing now ... you dont like it, I dont like it ... I've gone through it already and as of today the only way not to do minimum topup every 120 days is to buy 1 year validity ... or you can also go through mcmc to reactivate your validity when they block you (ex: recent case with tansri kuching) ...

but if you already purchased 1 year validity thrice then complaint to CS with screenshot of purchase msg ...
