If pay through the insurance company's website, can get 1%. I believe auto-debit is not eligible.

Just call their service center and request for waiver. mine success.

Maybe a little too late, as they based it on posting date.the transaction need to be posted in the same month

I also try to call, but there is no way to speak to customer service, only can use IVR to request waiver.. n it mentioned need 3-5 working days
