If you’ve been with us for at least 12 months and we have not upgraded your router during this time, you’re eligible for a complimentary upgrade now.

I saw the above sentence in the fact page, may I know what is that about? I'm subscribed for 23 months and still using the original dir 850L.

I've downgraded from 500Mbps to 100Mbps to save RM30+ monthly fee without contract renewal.

Test Results (After 10 times recurring tests after speed upgrade)

Package: 500Mbps
Router: Archer C9 v5.1 EU Firmware (Feb-2018)
Equipments: Laptop Using T9UH USB Wireless Stick
ONU: Huawei HG8240 GPON

Wireless 5GHZ Settings:
Channel Width: 40Mhz
Channel: 13

*Channel based on your firmware limitation and try DO NOT SET AUTO, try set the highest available for both channels.

The speed result is as below:

It clearly says at least 12 months. Means more than 12 months..

Oops. Didn't read that well. Need to confirm this with TIME CS. Not everyone are eligible.

Only 1Gbps user will get the DIR-882 while 100 and 500Mbps get the C1200 for free when you renew the contract.
