Just installed TIME recently. The router provided is DIR 850L, seems like the wifi strength is quite bad. I installed my router at the living hall and i can't seem to get stable wifi in my room. I'm staying at a condo only.

ping to 103.28.54.16 is around 700ms to 1500ms. Youtube will often buffer before loading..

Anyone facing issues connecting to steam server or dota 2 server?

Hi guys, i have 1 more month to fulfill my contract of 24 months, currently paying rm149 100mbp and just got the upgrade to RM139 500mbps.

Currently using DIR-850L router that they provided. Restarted the router but did not see any speed boost.

1)

Does that mean I am eligible to request for a free router from time? Do I need a contract renewal?

2) Based on the plan, does that mean if I downgrade to RM99 100mbps, i need to renew my contract for another 24 months?

I saw the above sentence in the fact page, may I know what is that about? I'm subscribed for 23 months and still using the original dir 850L.

How come yours is only Rm119 per month? any special way to get that price?

While you say still in 1 year? means less than 12 months?

In this page, did yours wrote 24 month contract or is there no contract at all?
