Still no upgrade as of this morning on my phone and laptop. Gonna bring back the office laptop with gigabit ethernet for a direct connection test with the Asus AC1200G+. If still unsuccessful I guess just be happy with the 300 Mbps...

Speedtest at Bukit Jalil via on wireless AP Asus AC1300UHP via 5Ghz WiFi:
- iPhone 8+ DL 296mbps & UL 305mbps - MacBook Air DL 498mbps & UL 471mbps On main router TP-link Archer C1200 via 5Ghz WiFi: - iPhone 8+ DL 242mbps & UL 220mbps - MacBook Air DL 360mbps & UL 406mbps Login to self care but still shows home broadband. So think speed is still not been upgraded from original 500mbps. Let’s say I want to fully utilize the 1Gbps speed, any good router to recommend? Do I need to replace both stock and Asus AP? how you guys check plan from self care?
I can't see what plan I use, but it tested 500mb both DL and UL. I can't redeem the router, it just keep said is not available, and TnC apply? Attached thumbnail(s)
