TM will likely be forced to cut their internet fees and/or offer higher speeds by our new Minister soon. Is there anything similar planned by Timecom?

TIME will be hard pressed to come up with something better. to even match Unifi's announcement means 1gbs, 3gbs and 5gbs speed??? but let's see...

Time really drop the ball this time (no pun intended). It wouldn't have been so bad if not for Time's poor attempt at trolling Unifi few months back with full page ads when the latter made their announcements to turbo subscriber speeds.
Even slow coach Maxis has long made their move, while Time still stuck in elegant silence mode. Their poor FB admin must be damn sick of constantly replying with "Stay tuned for our announcements!" Now Minister Gobin even had to publicly declare 30 Sep deadline for telcos to follow. Although he didnt mention names, everyone knows who he is refering to. Time really really looks bad throughout this whole episode. |

QUOTE(Zoho @ Oct 4 2018, 08:21 AM) Those under contract will be upgraded to have speed increase. Its only fair since under contract. But if their new package dropped price, ex: 500Mbps (previously 100Mbps@Rm149) dropped to Rm139, then it would do a lot of customer goodwill they adjust the price as per new lower pricing. Of course, if there is a cheaper Rm99 100Mbps package, then they are not allowed to change plan until contract is over. I feel this will be fair. i hope they standardise the rates too, irregardless new packages or existing packages.don't be like unifi who has like dunno how many pricing tiers.....old promo, new promo, "secret"promo, packages offered by call agents, walk in pricing etc. and some with full hypptv sub, some none, some with full local call, some none and etc etc |
