Feel so good to abandon Maxis ship.

Been paying almost RM170+ per month for bad connection and internet. Paid up the penalty and clear all the bills on last weekend. Maxis offered 6 months rebate of RM10 each month.

Now only paying RM68 for 15 GB and free 15GB of streaming from other telco. Even after adding up Spotify Premium & GST also baru RM76.58 per month.

i'm a maxis hotlink rm 30 data user and today got calls from maxis giving out promotion rm 98 without contract. 24gb and unlimited calls, sms, whatsup.
But still, i'm very lite user. Normal month using like 2-3gb only for games.
tomorrow, the telemarketer will call me again since i said i'll check the plan 1st.
dun know if it worth it for me

maxis offered me that package too. I've been using my maxis hotlink prepaid 10 years+ and being offered rm98 without contract.
i rejected the offer because monthly data around less than 500mb, office and home wifi all the time. only subscribe rm20/month of data plan of 500mb/month via hotlink.

any cheapest package maxis can offer? maybe below rm50/month since a bit troublesome to reload rm30 every month everytime my hotlink expired.

Cause it offer 15GB (8GB+7GB) with unlimited call... just that the price (RM70) different from what you said (RM68).

Aiseh, another cakap but cannot get plan. Maybe Digi users should start a Digi giving unfair treatment to customer thread, then everyone can get. Else not fair that other Digi's cant get the plan but "cronies" can!!!

I'm damn bloody mad with Maxis!!!   

Think April it was that I went to maxis center in TTDI on my statement date to close my account. I remember very well that I had made it very clear to the counter girl that I wanted to transfer out of maxis and sign up with celcom. I asked her to check what was the total outstanding amount I had to pay and I then paid on the spot. I thought that was it.

You can imagine how pissed off i was when out of the blue about 2 months later one of their debt collectors sent me a letter telling me that I still had an outstanding balance and demanded that I paid up within 7 days, failing which they would take legal action against me!!!     

After many exchanges of email between me and maxis account manager(?), he finally agreed to give me a discount after half admitting that it was their girl's fault that all these misunderstanding happened. To get it off my mind, I had decided not to argue with them further but to pay the discounted amount.     

Just imagine, few minutes ago, someone from the same debt collector called me and told me that I still have an outstanding amount!!!  WTF!!!!! I really feel like strangling somebody!!!    

In my entire life, I had never dealt with a lousier company!!! They are really useless!!!

I had been a Maxis customer since their inception until few months ago and in fact I was contemplating of going back to Maxis cos I prefer their signal strength BUT AFTER WHAT JUST HAPPENED, I SWEAR, FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE, I'LL NEVER EVER WANT TO BE A MAXIS CUSTOMER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!
