Talk to Maxis CS Jayden (I think...), and he went to check probably with his superiors that this is possible in near future as there are discussion ongoing.
Anyways from what I understand iValue 1 --> MOP128, can't go down to MOP98 |

Finally my third call received from 123 have voice on the other end and it was CS Michael. He mentioned that there was changes recently and iValue 1 is allowed to "downgrade" to MOP98. However for my case a little tricky since I upgraded to MOP128, so when I downgrade I need to pay the penalty but he went through the process to waive it for me.
While the third call came in, I was in live chat with Yamini who offered to help on this too. I guess iValue 1 --> MOP98 should be standard now? |
