Nope, 78. Didn't port out from Maxis

Wow, thankfully I'm not their special & selected customer. 

Now i'm happy with my Digi Postpaid 78.

78 plan is a 98 promo plan.

wow, if you are willing to go into that extend, then surely there is no more hope for MAXIS.

Their loyalty program is stupid (seriously), only call up to selected existing customer. What's the point of it while other teleco are offering their plan openly to every customer.

I remember the day I request for cancellation and switch to Celcom, they said I have to pay for penalty, I told them I have been using this number for more than 8 years, what penalty? Then they claim that they will automatically renew the contract every 2 years (apparently, they claim that they can renew the contract without your consent). Have to go through a serious and rather tiring process to finally "talk" them to let me switch to Celcom (because I want to remain my phone number).

If I were to port out, I will choose Celcom. But best part was I came from Celcom before Maxis
My supp line was using Celcom Basic 38 before, and I find their 4G macam not stable, keep rocking between 3G and 4G and connection also slow

Previously I said they offer me 7GB for RM88 and unlimited call (another free 1GB for 6 months)

Today I feel quite angry as one of the cs scold my good friend as my friend try to get some offer. So just now I rang them a call, I tell them you give me 7GB only but some customer get 10GB for RM88.

Immediately they pass my line to higher level. After conversation, my offer will be

RM88 for 15GB Data plus free 1GB for next 6 months and another free 1GB for next 1 year.

Which means for next 6 months I will get 17GB, after 6 months I get 16GB, after 1 year I will get 15GB. I think this is the best offer I get so far

i ported from postpaid to onexox prepaid since Jan. SAve me a lot of $.

Onexox just reached 1 million customers last week and targeting 2 mil by end of this year.

Should've ported out long ago...

Penalty for MNP - Yes, bcoz u breach ur previous ivalue 1 contract which u signed 1yr ago .

mine also has been change from MOP 188 to MOP 98 and i need to pay rm9.90 for spotify renewal which i have been offered for free last time..

A deal is a deal, Maxis offered you MOP188 with RM100 rebate + spotify premium are perks to retain you from porting over but now the porting had been cancelled and Maxis turn around and say no, this is utterly despicable.
Another thing, customer downgrade plan under contract have to pay penalty, fair enough. But shouldn't Maxis have to pay for penalty if they do the same ?

Unfortunately for u, the customer service is correct. Nothing much u can do. It is clearly stated in the contract as put out earlier by one of the forumers here that Maxis may amend the terms of the contract.

In malaysia, i dont think we have the Unfair Contract terms Act such as in England and Singapore. So live with it!!!

well, my wife is very excited with those refresh maxisone plan including the maxisone share. erm this is good since my wife on surfmore 30 under my  line and her bill always 48-49 ringgit excluded GST. so I will change her plan while I'm getting 5gb and she gets 5gb. 10gb is enough for two of us. but I think maxis should refresh the price for their plan too...atleast 78 or 88 for MOP98. she doesn't want to change telco because at her work place others telco altho have 4g but slow and congest. so this offer suit her best. so I can wait until my contract ends and will see if got other good deals that time.

why not getting a multi SIM @ RM15/month to use with ur iPad? ur principle line data not enuf?

1. lowest principle line package to have data share - RM48 Digi vs RM98 Maxis
2. cheaper internet top up - Digi
3. gadget SIM Digi @ RM10 (cannot call out) vs multi SIM Maxis @ RM15 (can call out) - fair
4. Digi Share supp line @ RM38 (no extra data quota) vs Maxis OneShare (with 5GB extra Data) @ RM48
5. Digi - Can share up to 6 lines (not sure gadget SIM considered 1 line or not) vs Maxis - 5 Multi SIM per line and MOS depends on MOP packages (1 MOS for MOP98, 2 for 128, 3 for 158 & 4 for 188)

Overall i think Digi win in this new plan with their cheaper principle line & flexibility to choose what's the total data pool the user'd like.. if u need more data, just top up only.. Maxis fixed everything..
