I using Surfmore 75 since Jan 2014. Never think of changing to another plan as I need data more than a voice call.

After reading half way of this thread yesterday and thinking of porting out too, maybe to umobile (digi teruk in voice call, always disconnected during a call. I also got celcom already under my wife name). Umobile already 4G in my area.

Today I received a call from maxis offering a package, RM88 with 5Gb of data and unlimited call/sms. I say yes. After drop the call then I remember there is another offer at Rm78 and Rm68 too. Demmit, my mistake.

My company move to Celcom since last year. We MNP almost all important number to Celcom. Even encourage staff to MNP to celcom for personal number if want to claim with the company.

The damage every month equivalent to buying a new Honda.

yes.. happy now. Celcom give at least 1GB data for each number while maxis last time only give 5MB.

As I say before, I not satisfied with the package given to me (activated yesterday), the package I getting is 1GB (Maxis One 98), 4GB free for life, 3GB free for 6 months, unlimited call/sms with discount of Rm10, so I have to pay RM88.

So I call CS tonight and politely say I want to return back to Surfmore 75 as I not really care about the call. I seldom make a call anyway. New package need pay Rm13 more than before. The guys say he can help me to check with sale person (he can track in system) and ask either can give me Surfmore 75 or give better discount. Less than an hour, that guy call me back, say I can get extra discount with the new plan. So only pay RM78, extra RM3 from Surfmore 75 with unlimited call/sms. He say he can change right away for me if I agreed. I say go ahead.

Lucky I make the call.

I went to Maxis KLCC to terminate my BB. Only take 1 minute to do. So I went down to BlueCube, I say 1 brother porting out from Maxis to Celcom for 3 lines. He say too expensive to stay with Maxis. The saleperson told him to to reply Yes if got SMS for all lines to make sure porting is successful.

Same like Celcom.. speedtest done at Menara Celcom can get 65+Mbps.. but at my house not even 30+Mbps... my house and menara celcom is walking distance only (my brother in law wife everyday walk to there)

My line under personal corporate before, call 123, will be pick up by different dept and really fast. But after my company move to Celcom, no more privilege but still answered in less than 15 minutes.
