What's the tenure that you're looking for? Short term or long term?? I got 4.2 for 3-month tenure with CIMB, and at your rate you should be able to get it too. The branch I go to was at Serdang Perdana.

LOOOOOOOL..."Finally invited" I like that lol, I didn't bother informing him. The fact that he does remember me or took my WhatsApp msg seriously (new number), I showed up the very next day and broke the certs and ship it to the next bank. lol.

I called to Penang Affin branch. No 4.5% promo. Still same old 13 mth 4.3% with 5k in CASA.

Very little branch at Klang valley

I was impressed with their service esp they helped me to get my car battery replaced back about 3 years ago !

Their branch are limited. Their current promo of 4.25% profit now is not bad.

we should enforce a standardized reporting template for posters to post fd info

The higher rates may be true but sometimes not offer to the public.

Sometimes some bank officers might call the FD owner to renew it at higher rate.
(Keep money within their bank, instead of FD owner put into other bank)

I've received a call like that b4 but no time go to the bank meet the officer.
(In the end renew lower FD rate in other bank )
