Using 50mbps here.. Just notice i got 20mbps upload speed! Did u guys have it?

you change your device? if yes that is notification you been choose to make 1 lump sum payment for that device had been changed... for example STB rm370 will be appear on next billing....

if you make it 6 month, it will be divided to 6 month period...

called 100 to upgrade my current VIP10 to UNIFI30 just now, been told that the fee is RM179 for the first 2 contractual years, and after contract ends, they will revert back to RM199.

Regarding for those who saying their upload speed not yet upgrade to the new 10/20 (depending on package). The upload speed is auto upgraded to 10/20 for all customers. Its just that for some, you need to off the modem/router for 5 minutes and on back to make the changes take effect.
