I dunno why. When I tried at my uncle's house, power socket at upstairs hall to socket in bedroom on the same floor just didnt't wanna work reliably for HyppTV.It works ok half the time then starts to jerk and pixelate. The connection LED sometimes amber, sometimes red. Never get green.

Nice lah, port down. No technicians, all cuti. So I can watch my wallpaper until Wednesday..

Called already. But they said they dunno whether got tech or not, normally all cuti.. Haihhh.. Lodge report 2 hours ago but no feedback from tech n my line still broken..

Can anyone tell me why my internet speed on my laptop is much more slower than the connection on my phone? I'm using the unifi 30MB package.

I called the Unifi tech guy and he came over and checked and he said its something wrong with my laptop. Can anyone suggest a solution?

Hey guys. I don't know if this problem is related to my TL-WR841ND router or tm's btu. My internet keeps dropping few times a day with this "dns probe finished no internet" issue. I'm using google dns. Any one with similar problem?

Hey guys im using Unifi VIP 5 , and the past few months i have experience this unknown packet loss factor when playing games. Eg. CSGO , League of Legends. The ping basically spikes up to 800 + every few minutes and then i teleport in game / freeze. Why is this happening its super annoying cant even enjoy my online games anymore. Called them last year and they sent a letter to me saying they are working to replace / improve their equipment from november ~ march 2016? but never heard fro mthem since. Will greatly appreciate it if you guys can help me out on this

hi guys, I want to clarify something about Unifi 30 + voice plan RM20. The voice plan RM20 gives us unlimited calls to TM fixed line and 600mins to mobile numbers? What is the call block ? 30s, 1 min? I tried to click on T&C of the voice plan but website error.

what is the call block? 1 min or 30s?

guys, unifi is now available at my area now, going to go to TM point tmr, what should I expect? so happy now, can fark streamyx upside down now.

i live in high rise building. i dont see any fiber connection, just RJ11, phone adsl cable.
