Anyone facing issues with torrent..for the past 3 days I am facing issue of very slow to download ...reset my port (Unifi technical support) and restart router problem still the same.

I am getting so pissed off dont know whats wrong with my Unifi or Torrent.

You guy using the new package got any complaints? Is it slower than the current vip package?

The website still 30/5 package tho. I'm on the line with them right now.

Hi, I just subscribed to the new Unifi 30mbps. I noticed the new wifi router is quite weak when I use in another room. Called 100 and they try to reset this n that, n lastly when it did work (stable and connected wifi to devices), he said to keep trying other channels if it becomes unstable again.

Anyone got workaround for this?  It's unstable even after changing channels now..only connects n works properly when I'm nearby the wifi router.

Ps: I stay in a small condo, "unstable" room is 2 walls away from wifi router. Thx sifus!

I'm having some issues with my Unifi 30MB package's upload speed.

It's still at 5MB upload speed when tested using Speedtest.net, although there were posts that the upload speed has been upgraded to 10MB.

Any comments whether the 30MB Unifi package upload speeds are still being upgraded in batches, or it has been completed and all 30MB Unifi package subscribers are now enjoying 10MB upload speeds? Thanks.

after subscribed Advance Unifi 30 , which is RM179/month , is the price fixed for lifetime or the price will revert to normal price (RM199/month) after 2 years ?

30mbps subscriber but giving me 10mbs service 

Hopefully their site not wrongly configure my line setting 

I notice it on this Friday night while using HyppTV to stream. I thought its the app, but switch to Astro On The GO and Tonton also same.

Running speedtest make me surprise I have been cheated 

So basically IT IS happening,  but its just taking some time to roll out to users, and it wasn't some sort of screw up on TM side that some people got higher upload speeds?

Would definitely be awesome if I could get 20mbps. Would be able to stream better from my NAS here on my singtel connection....

Just now I tried to call tm on my upload speed as I'm on unifi advance 30 and my upload speed is only 5mbps.

The unifi person told me there has been an error and all upload speeds for unifi 30 has gone back to 5mbps?

Can anyone tell me why my internet speed on my laptop is much more slower than the connection on my phone? I'm using the unifi 30MB package.

I called the Unifi tech guy and he came over and checked and he said its something wrong with my laptop. Can anyone suggest a solution?

Is vip5 still available?? can't find any links for it on their website, but googling it yields  an older TM page on vip 5 at ~RM160 a month.

Also, if I don't want hypptv can I opt out of it?
