it seems that ADV packages are going through a different routing or something..
i have both ADV and VIP, can notice that ADV takes longer time to load while the VIP doesn't sweat while doing it although at half the speed  |

i requested to reset my port due to the slowness issue.. and after the reset my line speed stuck @ 10U/10D
