48 " is indeed a little too small for TV . Only people who really need to fit a certain space will find any usage for it .And majority of the monitor crowd is well aware of the Burn-In issues despite being overblown .
The thing is , 55 " CX from last year can be gotten at around the same price , so there is little incentive actually get something less for the same price .

Ahead of all commercial TV brands on the market , that is for sure . They strike the best balance among the big4 .There are more information I can share with you but it will turn out to be a 100 pages + reply and this is not a Panasonic thread.
For example , among wRGB OLED on the market , there is some kind of color processing errors [?] in the undertone of cyan , or very pale blue if you like.
Hence , these LG-made wRGB TV has a strange push towards Cyan when displaying White , despite being already calibrated to D65 white point .
We have noticed this a couple of years ago , when being compared to QLED back in the days . Since OLED was , by nature , more accurate than any LCD , we put the blame on Samsung for making oversaturated TV (which is true but not in this case) .
In the last 2 years , I noticed the Panasonic HCX pro is so precise to the point it has eliminated the problem entirely . And yes , without the needs of calibration .
Perhaps it is not mentioned by many reviews , outlets like HDTV would just calibrate it away by dialing down the blue because they have a lot of reference material to look at .
Not a super dealbreaker but something to be noted for people who are claiming Sony has the best visual processing in the world .

More & more reviews are slowly trickling in, and most of the YouTube TV reviewers from Avsforum have nothing but praises for A80J in delivering the same picture quality as the A90J but at a lower brightness yet affordable price. I'm a casual gamer so I can wait for the VRR if it ever comes out & I consume more media because of my HTPC setup.
If ur a gamer then LG C1 is definitely a no brainer for its gaming features & calibration options. Good buy
Avsforum has a large crowd of Sony fanboi because they don't get Panasonic so they can only compare it against LG's .If ur a gamer then LG C1 is definitely a no brainer for its gaming features & calibration options. Good buy
And I can definitely tell you are a new Sony OLED owner since you are completely unaware of the tricks they pull during their new product's year.
All I can tell you is , keep an open mind .
