Because the AF8/A8F is about to pull its curtain , preparing for the upcoming A9G and A8G .
Yes , solely for the price . Especially since all OLED tvs are relatively identical with each others , just get whichever that is the cheapest you can find .
( I am strictly talking about the Panasonic , LG , Sony and Philips / TP Vision , excluding the Chinese OLED TVs )
I have a fairly long list of issues with AF8 but if someone can find a new 65" OLED for $7999 I am not going to tell them NO .
Hi Convael, I just saw both 55 inch Af8 and C8 selling for $6599, and some of the websites recommending sony af8 being the best when I google AF8, though not for gaming. Personally I have been using Sony and have ps4 pro.Yes , solely for the price . I use TV for extensive Youtube (mostly HD quality) and netflix (I got 4k hdr access) and occasional ps4 pro.
Would appreciate your comment as I lean towards a Sony because I find Sony pictures better for live TV and youtube, also prefer it to be android tv. Really don't know if I should go for OLED tv as I watch mainly HD quality stuff and a lot of streaming. Currently I am using Sony XF7000 49 inch.
Actually I am interested to know between C8 and AF8, which one handles HD upscale better since I watch a lot of youtube. And streaming.
Thanks.
