6000 coins are only worth RM60 bruh

(if u pre-ordered earlier like me, u can get the 10% coins cashback from Shopee with no cap, then really get 60,000 points which are really worth RM600+)
(but again you can only spend max 3000 coins on each purchase, and minimum RM100+ per purchase)
(so to fully utilize the 60k coins, u need to buy 20 times different products that worth RM100+ per order, so totally u need to spend another RM2000 to fully utilize the coins)

Oh woops, rip my math tongue.gif
Each 100 coins = RM1

10% coins are capped now though sad.gif

This depends on the voucher. Most of the 10% vouchers are capped at 5,000 coins but I think Shopee will give one which has no cap.

there are 2 types of vouchers
the 10% coins cashback from the shop
and the 10% coins cashback from Shopee directly

I think you can stack both
some of the 10% coins cashback from Shopee has no cap, and allow any payment method
But it wasn't visible on my account, maybe I already used it within this month
so in the end I used my mom's Shopee account for the 60k coins

Should be available soon, not long after the pre-order date. At most maybe first week of June.

Supposed to get my A80J today but seller sent me the wrong model (X80J), so I have to wait till tmrw for them to send the correct model. If Sony is already selling their 2021 OLED, it's only a matter of time before LG to starts selling their's smile.gif

I also planned to get the C1 48" but Harvey Norman just dropped the CX 55" to RM7097 (was RM 7397 with T&G RM300 Promotion)

My hands are very itchy at this time and it's only 1 week before the end of the promotion.

Don't wanna pull the trigger cause I want to mount the 48" with an Ergotron HX monitor arm so I can reposition the TV for both movie and PC/Game mode.

I think if you don't have size restrictions, then it's usually much better to get 55" or higher.

I always have the impression Sony have better motion than the LG. But this fellow is saying the opposite. Did he deliberately play with the setting to make the Sony look bad?

QUANTUM is quite... infamous in the AV community for making click-bait hit pieces.

He doesn't review scientifically + proper settings like HDTVTest or Rtings.

I wouldn't trust QTV reviews, just take it with a grain of salt. He always kept saying that last year TV models are better than the new models for god knows how many years haha.

From what I gathered, Sony is still superior than LG but LG motion has improved from last year's model to a point where it's hard to distinguish between LG and Sony unless you put it side by side. I never heard of anyone saying LG motion is better than Sony except from this QTV fella lol.

Funny coz all of the other experienced TV reviewers & some of em who are used to calibration including Vincent Teoh from HDTV praised Sony's motion except for this QTV fella biggrin.gif

Motion is very subjective & varies from person to person when it comes to the preferred settings

You can't go wrong with either one; both are great TV with their own pros and cons (e.g. Gaming feature & connectivity - LG wins hands down. Sony are handicapped by the lack of VRR/ALLM support (still waiting for FW update) and waiting for 4K 120hz HDR banding fix but is superior to LG in every other aspects).

Don't just watch 1 video comparison & believe everything smile.gif

I am a person who doesn't really care who is the messenger. I care more about the messages aka, the video he is showing.

Looking at his video, LG does have smoother motion. That is why I am asking, did he do anything to the Sony to make it look bad? Or did something to make the LG look good?

Went to Harvey Norman to get the proper 55" TV dimension and found that my bedroom tv wall closet height wouldn't be able to fit a 55" bangwall.gif (TV is 84cm, TV Wall is 80cm)

Note: When hiring renovator to do a tv wall closet, always use standard measurement instead of using the current TV doh.gif

Well paid RM200 deposit to book me a unit for 48" C1 laugh.gif (Salesman said stock might be arriving end of May or early June)

They say cant give me price yet, but I showed them the pricing from kronos.

According to them, if Harvey Norman price is higher, they will try and match the price, if not they will refund me RM200 in cash.
