"We have 2 units left, if you want to buy now we will activate it"

I am a person who doesn't really care who is the messenger. I care more about the messages aka, the video he is showing.

Looking at his video, LG does have smoother motion. That is why I am asking, did he do anything to the Sony to make it look bad? Or did something to make the LG look good?
*
Except there are no messengers here , only trash cans.

You link us a trash bin and ask us why there are trash in it , what sort of answer do you expect ?

Someone who has been banned 5(?) or 7 times , received numerous warning from brand's PR , shunned by professionals in the industry has no credibity .
Don't feed the troll , don't even acknowledge it . Don't even attempt to understand why or how they are a troll .

Last but not least , try not to watch their videos . It is getting hilarious how youtube is recommending their videos beside tech channels nowadays .

They say cant give me price yet, but I showed them the pricing from kronos.

According to them, if Harvey Norman price is higher, they will try and match the price, if not they will refund me RM200 in cash.

unlikely harvey norman will match shopee price
otherwise how they make money

Oh well, if I don't like the price, I can just take back the deposit and give up my oled 50" dream for my bedroom cry.gif

Then I can get a cheap LED TV for movies and Samsung Odyssey G9 for my productivity/gaming rig devil.gif

I haven't watched this video yet - but I did see the FOMO one - and man - that guy is going deep into click-bait territory. I don't know what's so surprising about this at all - and yet he makes it feel like some world changing news.

Just ask anyone on CPU forums about overclocking, or GPU forums about flashing BIOS to upgrade AMD Radeons, hell BMW uses the same engine but on models with supposedly different "cc" - all are controlled by software. This is just how the world works.....

As usual, once you buy it - you're free to mess with it if you want. If you break it though, then it's your responsibility.

Been loving my oled past few weeks. Just sharing my setup currently for anyone who is thinking bout using the lg oled competitive gaming.

Lg 55bx at the back for movies, ps5 and relaxing game.

Acer xb271hu 27inch 165hz Ips for Web browsing and competitive fps gaming.

The acer in the front that I can swivel out of place when I want to use the oled. Sorta best of both worlds setup that worked better than I thought!

Intially wanted to use the oled for everything but it just was too damn big for fps games. And it doesn't quite hold up when compared to pure high refresh gaming display for competitive fps.

Be warned though with this setup. On the Ips screen. The black looks like grey now. 😂

HI Bro. That's a nice set up. Can I know the name of the monitor arm that youre using right now?

Currently using an Asus rog monitor 27 inch and very keen to adopt your current set up once the lg c1 arrives

The arm is a North bayou f160. Can get from lazada. Its a double arm that I removed one of them. You can get the single arm variant and it will work just fine.

Here is a photo of the setup when Ips monitor is moved out of the way. Doesn't block the oled at all. 👌Enjoy!

From the look on the pic, it looks like North Bayou model

I'm using one of this type on my 27" Samsung Odyssey G7
But the head connection there kinda cannot afford the weight of my 27" which lead to i cannot tilt upward my monitor more than 45 degrees.

Check your monitor weight and do some research before purchase the ARM. biggrin.gif

Besides looking at the weight capacity of the monitor arm - make sure your table itself can support the weight. I mounted my 27" Acer 4K Freesync monitor on my table and the weight of the monitor actually broke the table! One fine morning - I actually found my monitor leaning down on my table at 45 degrees angle. Luckily the whole thing didn't collapse and cause me to lose my monitor....

My current setup uses a 1" thick MDF table- seems to be holding it fine. Solid wood is preferable - but those are out of budget for me. My OLD broken table appears at the outside to be 1.5" thick - but is f*cking hollow inside...most IKEA tables are like that too...

Lol ... beside checking the table, the foam also need to change periodly like half year ~ 1 year.

Last i checked, my foam already kemek and the base metal of the ARM is like touching/scratch my wood table.
Guess i need to resetup my table or drill the ARM base and lock.
