Obviously C1 will be much more expensive than CX.

My opinion is get the CX, save the extra money and go buy better audio of which is more important.

All the experienced sifu here, i was thinking to get my 1st OLED tv for movie and gaming purpose, was thinking of 55 CX or C1.

CX price looks good now really feel wan trigger the bullet instead of wait C1 lol

Because I'm on the fence yet slightly bias towards getting the Sony right now especially after I saw HDTV's A90J review. I'm very impressed with the LG too but I'm a bit lazy to calibrate just to make it accurate (A80J slightly accurate out of the box) since it'll be my first time.

This is so true. I want OLeD for my master bedroom to replace a very old lcd tv. 48" size is spot on and 55" is too big. But then, the CX 55" is only about rm300 more than the C1 48" (street price). Plus some shops are offering rm300 TnG rebate, this pretty much makes the price or both tvs even. It makes little sense to opt for 48" now.. i guess i'll wait for year end promo, if there is any.

This depends on the voucher. Most of the 10% vouchers are capped at 5,000 coins but I think Shopee will give one which has no cap.

Besides looking at the weight capacity of the monitor arm - make sure your table itself can support the weight. I mounted my 27" Acer 4K Freesync monitor on my table and the weight of the monitor actually broke the table! One fine morning - I actually found my monitor leaning down on my table at 45 degrees angle. Luckily the whole thing didn't collapse and cause me to lose my monitor....

My current setup uses a 1" thick MDF table- seems to be holding it fine. Solid wood is preferable - but those are out of budget for me. My OLD broken table appears at the outside to be 1.5" thick - but is f*cking hollow inside...most IKEA tables are like that too...
