Obviously C1 will be much more expensive than CX.

My opinion is get the CX, save the extra money and go buy better audio of which is more important.

I already paid big chunk money last year for Samsung Q950T actually XD
My current TV is Sammy NU8000 which entering 4th year soon.

eh what happened to the 950T?

Eh? What mean?

I owned Q950T soundbar already last year, lolz.

Just that this year all NEO QLED all only has 1x HDMI 2.1 port which is a let down, and no OLED still.

How does that works? You getting 15% cash back or something?

I find their extended warranty expensive.
*
Basically like how shopee coin works ?
U pay RM1k for the item u wan, they "refund" you 15% or RM150 into your senheng account with 2 years validity.
You can utilise that RM150 (with RM25/block*) to purchase any item anytime you want.
Deficit amount just top up from your wallet.

Block* meaning your ezcredit can only divide by RM25
Example you have RM160 ezcredit and only can utilise 6x RM25 = RM150

If you are citi plus one member, 4th year warranty is free as well.
Otherwise, the price for the warranty is too much.
*
Problem is now Citi no longer give 0% instalments for 36 months (probably due to the Citi Group leaving Asia market) already as an option.

Haven't pulled the trigger yet but closed to pulling one. This will be my first OLED since I skipped last year. A80J is already available on Shopee earlier today. Very Interesting, I'd love to hear more about this trick if u don't mind biggrin.gif

Because I'm on the fence yet slightly bias towards getting the Sony right now especially after I saw HDTV's A90J review. I'm very impressed with the LG too but I'm a bit lazy to calibrate just to make it accurate (A80J slightly accurate out of the box) since it'll be my first time.
*
The only thing i like about LG toward Sony is featuring 4x HDMI 4.1 port biggrin.gif
While A80J only has 2 and one of it is eArc sad.gif

Currently i have Xbox series X and might get PS5 too in future once they revision slim/pro.

This is so true. I want OLeD for my master bedroom to replace a very old lcd tv. 48" size is spot on and 55" is too big. But then, the CX 55" is only about rm300 more than the C1 48" (street price). Plus some shops are offering rm300 TnG rebate, this pretty much makes the price or both tvs even. It makes little sense to opt for 48" now.. i guess i'll wait for year end promo, if there is any.

Actually that TNG is LG Raya Promotion : LG Raya Gembira
After purchase, u need to submit ur purchase and TV serial number to LG

Reward distribute only after August 2021

how much you guys expect the CX 65 price to drop after C1 65 come out ah? cause from the reviews like CX & C1 not too much diff...

i was thinking if cx not much price drop then i might as well go C1, but if CX price drop a lot then i might as well go with CX
*
You may refer to the link above i shared to justify the pricing now biggrin.gif
As right now Senheng also have promotion of RM1,200 (65" model) discount as well.

Which i think is a good deal.

This depends on the voucher. Most of the 10% vouchers are capped at 5,000 coins but I think Shopee will give one which has no cap.
*
Shopee also secretly removed the Credit card version of 10% coinback voucher which i claimed early month and not even use.
Now all gone sad.gif

Now only has fewer 10% coinback voucher but must use shopee pay payment method :\

HI Bro. That's a nice set up. Can I know the name of the monitor arm that youre using right now?

Currently using an Asus rog monitor 27 inch and very keen to adopt your current set up once the lg c1 arrives
*
From the look on the pic, it looks like North Bayou model

I'm using one of this type on my 27" Samsung Odyssey G7
But the head connection there kinda cannot afford the weight of my 27" which lead to i cannot tilt upward my monitor more than 45 degrees.

Check your monitor weight and do some research before purchase the ARM. biggrin.gif

Besides looking at the weight capacity of the monitor arm - make sure your table itself can support the weight. I mounted my 27" Acer 4K Freesync monitor on my table and the weight of the monitor actually broke the table! One fine morning - I actually found my monitor leaning down on my table at 45 degrees angle. Luckily the whole thing didn't collapse and cause me to lose my monitor....

My current setup uses a 1" thick MDF table- seems to be holding it fine. Solid wood is preferable - but those are out of budget for me. My OLD broken table appears at the outside to be 1.5" thick - but is f*cking hollow inside...most IKEA tables are like that too...
*
Lol ... beside checking the table, the foam also need to change periodly like half year ~ 1 year.

Last i checked, my foam already kemek and the base metal of the ARM is like touching/scratch my wood table.
Guess i need to resetup my table or drill the ARM base and lock.
