Hi guys, anyone experience taking ANA airline before?

Is it worth the wait for transit if buy ANA multi-city (KUL->Osaka, then Tokyo->KUL)? Considering the price is quite tempting which cost RM1.3k+, and includes meals + up to 2 pieces luggage (23kgx2) per way

Or better to take AA?  hmm.gificon_question.gif

Go for it.

In case you are not aware, ANA is a 5 Star rated airline and it is preferred by many, and you get to fly in the Boeing 787 Dreamliner.

Your multi city intinerary should be KUL to NRT. Then HND to KIX or ITM. There is no direct flight from ANA to Kansai region from KUL.

ANA, especially if you're flying with kids.

Guys,

Need your kind advise.

I will going to Japan end of this month, and currently in my hand i have USD 200+ and wish to exchange it to Yen, together with few hundreds of MYR.

Where is the best time to have an exchange with better rate? Is it after touched down in Japan or do it in Malaysia?

So JRpass is not recommended? Because I plan to go from Tokyo-Osaka, Osaka-Kyoto then Osaka-Tokyo
Tokyo 1night, Osaka+Kyoto 4nights, Tokyo 2.5nights and it seems the JRpass would cover the costs if I travel like that.

you think tokyo / osaka / kyoto all very small places...?

Do it in Malaysia. Rates here sucks and its mostly done by banks, unlike Malaysia. Normally I would bring yen back to Malaysia to exchange as you can also negotiate

What about Kanazawa? I don wan Indian or Middle East food.
Any recommendation there for halal or vegetarian kind of restaurant / food place?

So I requested late check in 9pm to an inn via booking.com as an intermediary

And the inn's response is:

"ko" (one word)

Is this the Japanese way of saying no?

Nice, easy slow itinerary. Maybe you want to consider 1 night stay in Osaka? The nightlife there is so much better than Kyoto. In Kyoto, everything closes at 9pm. And you are going to Japan during winter time, the daylight is shorter and it gets dark 4pm onwards.

This is what my cousin told me this morning...."Winter this time is not so cold compare to last year. So, we might expect early sakura blooming like 1 week earlier! Be prepared sis!"

I'm going to Japan on 18th March - 27th March....so the timing might just be right wink.gif

or....Winter might be late this year and we can expect heavy snow in March!
