Intention to break...but ended up didn't....

Must have done something for them to know about it
Having intention without action at all will not be known by anyone, maybe you're an accomplice somehow?

Very difficult. Jobstreet is a very popular job hunting platform, for every job posted there are 100 applicants. You know your probability already

To get into S'pore it's easier if you know friends or family who can recommend you into S'pore companies. According to a HR study, 70% of jobs in companies are never advertise. If no suitable internal candidates or recommendations, then only it'll get advertise

Your last statement there will not go well with senior members. You are stereotyping too much. Companies hire high post with different expectation or KPI, commensurate with market rate pay for them. Eventually you will reach that position in the future. You'll know you sounded foolish for coming out with that statement later when it hit you back
*
Hi I'm sorry. I don't mean to stereotype or hurt anyone. I mean it's a fact posted on news.
Thanks for your comment tho.

Most of my friends (Malaysians) started off around $2.8k in Singapore as civil engineers. So that ballpark would give you an idea.

Though I don't consider them low at all.
