Sp setia requires us to pay cash for deposit during renovation to ensure we follow rules during the period. When we get back deposit, it is paid by cheque. So meaning I will required to declare in income tax when I received this cheque? Even though we didn’t earn extra money from it.

After everything is ok, you can get back the money but by cheque. |
