Yes, I'm looking for a landed property. Current commitment is RM900/month for toyota vios. But just found out from this forum that there is a huge cemetery nearby northern side of Setia Alam. Some even said that you can still see some the blur vision of the hill cemetery from Setia City Mall.

your likely threshold is 1/3 of 9k = 3k.
max loan amt should be btw 650k to 750k property price. since you are young, you can push for 35yrs loan for lower monthly repayment.

but my advice is don't sai lang yr max capacity if tis is your 1st ownstay home. leave at least half of your ability to meet other unexpected cost or room for 2nd investment property.

Ya, I saw the cemetery while driving the main road to McD. Sentosa apartment was not able to block the view. Haha. What do you think about Sime Darby BBR terrace end lot house? I think it cost around RM900k.

Ya, I was looking around that price range but because my parents prefer to grow some plants beside the house and also we are planning to adopt a cat so I am considering getting a end lot terrace which cost about RM900k. So far I think the only option is Sime Darby end lot terrace as northern part of Setia Alam is nearby to the cemetery. What do you think?

Sime means bbr.....its in KLANG......no way.

Setia means living next to cemetary. Even if you can accept it, i doubt many subsale buyers will.......unless your unit is the cheapest amongst all the available subsale units.
