Any WhatsApp group for Zeyheri owners?

A check, will the developer allows you to renovate the house while it is under construction? I don't mind paying more to them to build to make it compliant to the fengshui, I foresee if to renovate after the house is built is waste of material and cost too....anybody can advise? Owner for unit at Capita.

simple answer no, as all layout plan, detail and spec have ady been approved by both architect and local authority
also main & sub contractor will not allow u to touch their works to avoid deviation from archi dwg and spec, which will cost variation order
