Setia Permai 3 i think is the recently VP houses rite? I also would like to know because will be moving in soon. Wonder what phone are you using and digi in the house got 4g signal? Heard Celcom is better but still need people verify.

How is the mobile signal in setia permai 3? Like adeya, alista row? Moving in soon and currently on maxis but my friend that was staying in permai 1 said digi in the house has very weak signal for ground floor even upstairs only marginal for 4G.

got my key on sat, went to check some defects...well quite a few hollow tiles in the toilet, uneven walls, and minor crack at slab. when you check
do carry a powerful torch light (LED) to slowly check for cracks or any unevenness especially on the wall,ceiling

for my unit, on general inspection with bright daytime hardly i can spot defects not until i use the heavy duty LED torchlight. The moment i use that, that is where
alot unevenness wall, patchy surface, chipped and hairline cracks can be seen easily.

For tiles you can use a 50 cents coin and knock it. Hollow tiles will produce emptiness sound, where solid ones really solid. For washroom, since our phase the water meter yet to install [within this two weeks]. What i did was brought a few water bottle and pour into the whole toilet and see how the water flows [by right the toilet floor will have a degree of slanting towards the floor trap drainage]. Observe how the water goes off, if there is alot of water pond at selected place/corner den you highlight it to the defect team.

For water pond testing, you may google around as there are method to test. If i am not wrong normally covers the shower area since is frequently wet. [i may be wrong]

Yes.. the setia north area is higher and slowly recline to Setia south to bukit raja.

Yeap. Using Umobile so far is better ones. Followed by Maxis but depending on which lorong is ur hse though.
