Leftover big units like show house, bungalow, semi-d

My newly completed unit got flooded (suspect due to ball valve at tank rosak and the overflow pipe which discharge the water to the bathroom 2 continuously flow)..but how come the floor trap in the toilet not drain out the water? Very suspicious..floortrap got choked maybe..

So, wanna ask, normally how long sp setia complete their defect ya? Within 30days as stated in SPA or just in my dream?

Also got major crack can be seen in soffit slab at guestroom which the tile at the room above also got cracked..i sure its structural cracks and not only hairline crack..but if due to settlement issue, the slab is supported by the beam, column n down to piling..seems like the overlapping reinforced is not enuf..but who the hell am i to challange their consultant professional design..but i donno if the COW did really check the reinforcement before cast the slabs n beams. Filed complain to sp s yesterday..donno how long to rectify. N how me to ensure that they really check on the structure integrity and not just only cut v shape grout with sika n then apply skimcoat to it..

Anyone experience this issue?

Just talk only as usual. No proof whatsoever. SPSetia must have a lot of cybertroopers working against them

better u join the respective owner groups, and you may discover other defects

haha...not just you, alista type also have few houses' water tank nvr closed properly or the roofing contractor step on the cover. Consequencely the ball valve is always press down and the water keep flowing in as it discharge to overflow. Plus some leftover roof tiles on the roof yet to housekeeping then release for adina buyer already...

Didnt realise PKNS will sell this higher ground jungle trekking land to someone for cemetery purpose . Must be very good feng shui for the buyer.
