Yes Im staying in SA more than 15 years. Significant changes, good and bad. There are other roads that you can use depending on where you heading to but still... JAM. Even inside Setia Alam town centre is difficult to find parking. Forget about Eco Ardence Labs, most of the time the parking lots are full. Especially when they organize football matches.

*I hope my statement didnt ruin those self call investor sin-ka-lan who didnt even know where Eco Ardence is and the new 3 storey house.

Perhaps you're the T20 level not those blue collar like me that leave house early come home late. Btw, my neighbor told me today traffic clear, perhaps many took leave to celebrate Raya Haji?

Ya, I bought a unit there.
The project is under construction now. They launched previously Phase 1: Amare 1 and now Phase 2: Amare 2. I bought a unit under Amare 2. They have another piece of land next to Amare 2 which i heard will go for Semi-D concept.

It's a JV project.
Land belongs to PKNS and the developer is under Kumpulan Lebar Daun. Main con is Paksi Gagah S/B

There were some petition going against adding more high rise buildings in Setia Alam some time back as the bottleneck at the NKVE highway is well beyond it's capacity. And the particular plot they mentioned in the petition was this plot opposite of the Edu Sentral.

And now they are building a school on the previous Palace Rose nursery. This is going to be a hazard as cars will lineup all the way on the highway opposite of Petronas during pickup and drop off time. Madness planning. Should be moved towards the back like Permai area or inwards (far from main road) maybe like this current plot we are talking about.
